Purchase and Shipping Policy
The prices and terms of sale are for information purposes only and are subject to change depending on inflation and market price fluctuations. However, placing an order by completing the purchase form implies compliance with the price offered and with the general terms and conditions of sale in force at that time.
Once the order has been formalized, the purchase will be considered fully completed, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchasing consumer, and from that moment on the prices and conditions will be contractual in nature and cannot be changed without the express consent of both parties.
Our products are produced in Spain and come directly from Spain to the Netherlands. The supplier is located in Spain.
Delivery
Once the supplier has confirmed the order and accepted payment, the order will be shipped. Delivery times vary from 1 to 12 days. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that transport companies adhere to them where possible. In rural areas far from urban centers it is not possible to guarantee delivery within 24 hours.
Orders placed on Friday after 12:00, or on Saturday and Sunday, will only be shipped by our suppliers on Monday.
Orders placed on busy days and holidays such as Christmas, Black Friday, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day etc., and all early weekends, we do not guarantee on-time delivery. In these cases, shipments may be delayed in departure depending on the order in which orders are received.
What to do when you receive a tampered or opened package?
1) Notifies the deliverer and accept the package
2) Take Photos of the Damaged Package, the label and details.
3) Open de Package and check the conditions of the products.
- If the product are damaged, they will be returned.
4) Contact us at defect@sexyrona.nl
- Indicates the Reasons:
For example: "the product or order arrived damaged/handled".
5) IF THERE IS NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCTS, THERE IS NO REASON TO DECLARE A TRANSPORT INCIDENT.
