Refund policy
Returns
The Buyer is obliged to carefully inspect the products immediately upon receipt. In agreements between consumers and companies that exclusively use online communication, the consumer has the right to return the product within 14 days after delivery of the product in question.
NB!
However, there are a number of exceptions to this (in accordance with Article 10, paragraph 8). This concerns products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and for which the seal has been broken after delivery.
NB! For reasons of hygiene, sex toys cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned if the seal is broken:
- All sex toys, including vibrators and dildos
- Catsuits, stockings and pantyhose
- Sale items and gift vouchers
- Wigs
- Thongs
- Condoms, tablets, lubricants and creams.
Our products are produced in Spain and come directly from Spain to the Netherlands. The supplier is located in Spain. When you return a product, the shipping cost to Spain is at your own cost.
We will only accept returns of unsealed material in perfect condition within 14 calendar days of receipt. We will not accept return of products in blister packs or heat sealed products, and other products with broken factory security seal. The Above conditions do not waive right to warranty or exchange of defective products. Our supplier reserves the right to refuse the return if any anomaly is detected in the returned product.
We may wait with reimbursement until our supplier has received and confirmed the product(s). After that we will refund the purchase price.
Please note that for reasons of discretion, the refund will not be credited under the name sexyrona.nl, but under Rona Company or Mollie.
Warranties
The guarantee does not cover defects caused by incorrect use of the product and/or handling of the product other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or operation. In such cases, the consumer shall be responsible for repairing the product. They are, therefore, excluded from the guarantee:
Defects and deterioration caused by external events, accidents, mainly electrical accidents, wear and tear and use not in accordance with our supplier instructions.
Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorised by our supplier, as well as products which are the subject of a specific support contract.

For example: "the product or order arrived damaged/handled".
It is not clear where your refund is. Please contact us with the following information:
- Order number
- Return receipt
- Names and item numbers of the items you have returned
